Our last day in Suriname and we had an appointment to meet the Bishop to talk about our visit and what we had achieved

The Cathederal is undergoing resteration so didn't get in to see it

The gardener is kept quite busy and was very helpfull and plesant

The Bishop opened up the museum and showed us arround

It was very nice of him to spend the time with us

He was also very informative of the history of the church in Suriname

It was a very interesting visit, you don't get shown around like this everwhere

Later that day it was back to the airport to say our goodbyes

Not an easy thing to do after such an interesting couple of weeks

We have all learnt a lot I just hope we can go back some day

And so we caught our flight back home
